Borat is a movie script or the actual documentation?

I think it is a film script. Everyone in the film are actors. But that's what I think. So is Borat, a film scripted or real documentation?

Sacha Boren Cohen has said that are just four of his actors in the film. In itself, being one of them. The other three are Pamela Anderson, the prostitute, and his companion in the film. If all the world, was an actor who would have been outraged so many people trying to sue him. Of course, some of it is the script and some of it is not.
