Borat and Ali G, PPL in the movie and the series really angry / offended or is it an act as if reharsed?

I refer to the PPL in the film Borat, for example, are really upset or was trained in what is so, cousin of a clip that showed a man running away as soon as Borat says hello, strange U Dont fink? like his uncle knew him and did not want to be next to it, u dnt just run away from a person who says hello in the street as if he had a bomb, is acted really all u fink?

Much of this is spontaneous, some of it is something preset to avoid many problems, but not all (eg foir in Borat, the college kids get Sasha accused of drunk so they say all these stupid things
