SB Buffer Recipe for agarose gel electrophoresis?

SB Buffer Recipe for agarose gel electrophoresis? I wonder if anyone know a sure work recipe sodium borate buffer (SB). It would be better if this comes from the person using the recipe and knows for sure what works. I would also like know the recipes for dye load used to it and any other information you have. It is very important that I have the loading dye recipe to go with if any, but I'll take what we can get. Please Please Please I need it! Thank you! Matt B.

The recipe for a 20x concentrate is 8 g NaOH, 45 g of boric acid leads to a liter. Its advantage is that it allows higher voltages and therefore faster separations. For more details, the original document listed below
