Borat or a hangover?

believed to be better comedy? Some people might say that the hangover because it was the most successful fund-R and highest rated comedy of all time. And because it has a sequel. But I searched Wikipedia and found out that Borat is considered one of the best comedies the centuries which was nominated for best original screenplay and Oscar. Personally I think Borat was offensive and funnier than I think made it even more fun.
