Borat T-shirts

What is the best way to shrink a shirt?

I recently bought a new Borat DVD and a new guitar and both came with t-shirt XL. Wear a environment and want to circumvent the list size (or as close as possible). Any suggestions on one side of the dryer (which I have) or boiling? Why are so many of us Americans have to be so fat?

My first thought was … give it to me, I can cut anything. I think my dryer is hotter than most, also the hot wash cycle seems to do it for me. I really think the heat is the answer, because it reduces everything to a cotton fabric base. Even without the dryer, hot water will pull the fabric stronger. We are not fat just "big boned" … lol
