Question about Borat?

… I saw Borat this weekend and I am surprised that people would be offended by this film. I refer, first, Fields himself [Sacha Baron Cohen] is Jewish. So all the "Jewish jokes" are basically … self-mockery. I mean, I'm sure that do not be offended if I was Jewish. Secondly, all other "potentially offensive material" in the film was supplied by real people in the film. Real people stating their opinions. The film was supposedly "unscripted", right? That is one of the things that made it interesting. So why people complain about this movie? The material of the offensive really master the content of comedy? I thought I was still very funny. So, Does anyone really find this film offensive? [I'm curious] …

i didn't find any of that is offensive, and usually the time you are in a public area, do not "need" for signing a statement to put a video from wherever. PPL is only known to this day. is Sue happy, and if they a lawyer good enough, and has no way of release, then you may be mocked. I think the only part that was a bit too far is the village of Romania ….. at least all Americans understand what he was saying, but these PPL. not yet … had no idea that calls for the abortionists, rapists, etc … for them ever feel that they deserve extra compensation … are actually deceived, where as everyone was stuck being the idiots who do not let eveyrone else knows they are. and not everyone was surprised to be shaken, a large part of the fun was seeing peple reactions to this very, very strange … as a driving instructor, the car salesman, the humor coach, hotel employees …. in all actuality these people were very friendly, nice people …. still treated like a decent human being, even to help, not just walk away laughing at him I think the reason that some ppl. are actually quite offended by this film is for fear that others realize their usual joke … are afraid of a person is anti-Semitic and watch the movie and get all around it exaggerated, like fear of a sexist person doing the same, and so on …. mostly, no one under 17 can watch the movie, but there are ways … I found a version online pirated and can be downloaded, so I'm sure many 12 year olds can see if you try hard enough …. I think that is another concern of the viewers offended … children who arent old enough to understand the humor of seeing, and out to imitate at school, and dissemination of jokes around the truth for other children I really do not know any better.
