Want to dress costume ideas?

It is my best friends 21st and I have to dress, but I seriously have a block that I can wear a suit. No subject can be anything. A friend suggested going to my boyfriend and I go as Borat and Pamela Anderson, but I think it might be a bit crude for a 21. I would also like it was a costume play as Fred and Wilma said, something my b / f, and I can go so close together. Any ideas? Please be creative, because I'm not lol.
